(This is an imported cdma phone and the buyer needs to program the phone inorder to use with the indian cdma providers. I have used this phone mostly as ipod to listen music, surf the web and play games. I have no expertise in programming cdma phone, so the buyer has to do it all by himself. The phone is currently on stock android 2.3.5 , has never been rooted.)

As for the cosmetic condition - i has been handled very well, screen protected with scratch guard from day 1. There are some usage signs of usage at back and few scratches on the kickstand , other than that its in very good condition. (7/10)
