HTC has launched a new budget smartphone called Desire U for Taiwan which is priced at $275.
The Desire U will have 1GHz single core processor, 512MB of RAM , 4GB internal storage, 4 inch WVGA display and it will run Android 4.0 ICS out of the box.
It has 5MP camera on back , but no front camera. The battery is 1650mAh. There is Beats audio enhancement as well.
The phone has nice design with circled texture near the camera on backside. But the specs are slightly better than the Desire C. There is no info about its launch for other markets yet.
