HTC has officially announced Desire VC smartphone in India . The handset is launched at MOP of Rs 21,999 .
The Desire VC is dual-SIM smartphone with one CDMA and one GSM network support , in terms of specifications , its similar to Desire V which is dual-SIM GSM handset . The handset runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Sense UI 4.0 .
