HTC's upcoming full HD flagship smartphone rumored has M7 is now rumored to be released before the upcoming Mobile World Congress which will start from Feb 23. A couple of images of the device have also leaked recently.
Italian mobile phone specialist, Flavio has tweeted that the HTC M7 will be announced at a dedicated press event on Feb 19th, probably inLondon, not at #MWC13".
The HTC M7 is rumored to have the following specifications -
Images of the HTC M7 leaked few days back showing the smartphone running latest Sense 5.0 interface. Pictures of the back and front of the alleged M7 also surfaced. The rear of the device appears similar to the Droid DNA and 8X.

The pricing and availability of the M7 are not yet known, we will have to wait till the official announcements to find out.
HTC's other smartphone packing full HD display called Butterfly is expected to be launched soon in India and it is expected to be priced around Rs 45000 which will make it the most expensive Android smartphone in India till date.
