HTC One Max has been in rumors since long time now, but it didn't appear at IFA show recently where Galaxy Note III and Xperia Z1 were unveiled. Now again few pictures and details have emerged of the upcoming phablet.
The pictures leaked on Weibo show the back of of the device with Fingerprint scanner below the Ultrapixel camera and LED flash. The device is very much similar to the One, just oversized to fit the 5.9 inch display.
Also according to fresh reports, the phone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064 chipset with 1.7GHz quad-core processor instead of Snapdragon 800 chipset with 2.3GHz quad-core, this is likely a move from HTC to keep the costs lower.
The key specs of the device have also leaked on Chinese website Weibo.
The Chinese version is likely to be a Dual-SIM version ( could be launched in other regions also like the One ), it will probably have expandable storage with microSD slot. The Single-SIM version is expected to have more internal storage without card slot.
