HTC ONE X : Help needed

Hello Friends,

Recently bought a HTC one X(without warranty) and updated it with 4.2.2.
For the first two days when i was on 4.1.1 which came with the phone there are no problems or any issues with the mobile.
On the second day I've updated it to 4.2.2 OTA.
Immediately after updating it completely loaded and turned off. I thought some boot process is running on it and that may be the reason. But after a long wait it didn't restart itself until i turned it on.
From then after it started to turn off itself randomly. It is not switching on itself until i turn on.

Do any one over here using a HTC one X have the same problem i have? Now i am really frustrated with this problem and want to downgrade to the stock 4.1.1 with which the device came. Can anyone provide me with the link for that.
Else is there any other custom rom which helped the device to get rid of this problem.

All suggestions are most welcome.

Seems like there is a battery problem for mine. After a little usage it gets heated and turns off.
Will the problem rectify if i replace it with a new battery?[DOUBLEPOST=1388463707][/DOUBLEPOST]How to know which country my mobile originated from?
After searching for a lot of time, there are some people saying that it might be a problem because of updating it to 4.2.2 in INDIA.
Initially it was 4.1.1. So i should update it with 4.2.2 release of the country which it originated from., is what some are saying.
But i think that may not be the problem. i've flashed it with cyanogenmod stable release. But still the problem exists.
