HTC One X receives a new v1.29 firmware update
The HTC one X has received a new update in India. It's a new OTA (Over-The-air) update with a version number of 1.29. Currently it's not clear what new feature this new update brings to the table, but the update weighs in at about 31 MB. HTC is calling it a "Necessary System Upgrade".
It is recommended that the update be done via Wi-Fi and not 3G unless you mind doing it on 3G. According to this tweet ( https://twitter.com/markmoons/status/197373375943946241 ), the update is supposed to improve the HDR Camera Function, Power Management and volume control in DLNA mode.
This update had come out in Europe earlier and now has finally come to India.
