Android HTC One X screen spot burn in top left corner

I own a HTC One X and this is my second HTC phone. It is also my second HTC phone in which I can see a dark orange spot in the top left corner of the screen. It is not much of a bother and is noticeable only on a white background. I wanted to know why would the screen start looking burned in a small spot and what can be done to rectify that.

This seems like a generic issue for HTCs due to the glue thing. I have same issue in One V since long. On some devices it got reduced after some usage, think your X would be eligible for replacement.

It's out of warranty.

Me too had same issue with my HTC One X a year back .... So I sold at 7k
