Htc One X-- Won ebay auction

I won an auction for tmobile Htc one x quad core version unlocked piece for 300$.
However there is no bck cover for the phone (part covering the sim card). Its a 32gb piece .
Kindly let me know if the deal is a good one or not.... Is the back cover for one x seperately available.

First of all it's not moral to win an auction and then thinking about buying it. Put yourselves in the position of the seller.
 
Can u plz help instead of teaching me the bidding process??? i know its not moral but he never told me anything abt the back coer... i entered the bidding when there were only 5 min..left.. he did post some pics but none were of back side...... by the time i asked him pis of the backside the bidding ended and i won.... now i asked him to send pics of the ack of the phone, he is not responding but the phone looks new.... no scratches or scuffs at all....
 
300$ for HTC one X quad version is not a bad deal...

Doesn't HTC One X have unibody design??? Meaning that there is no seperate back plate... Or did you mean extra back silicon cover??? If you are talking about the silicon/protective case, they can be bought for cheap from Flipkart or other leading online shopping center...

If this is regarding the original back plating, One x is also sold in India, so the HTC warranty center might help you out if you are willing to shell some extra cash...

Also she was saying that since i had won the auction i will have to pay.and if didnt she will complain to ebay and blacklist me.. She has listed the phone as HTC ONE X, But is selling a HTC ONE S...... now i want to log a complaint with ebay that she'z selling a wrong product....
is there any way i can do this ????

thank u aradhakr84 for pointing out that ONE X has a unibody design.... I had totally forgotten about it.... Man the world is full of dupers
 
^ If it isn't a One X, you have every right to refuse to pay. Tell her that if you open a case about a fraud item, she won't even get the money
 
now shez saying that her mother had put up the phone for auction and her mother cant distinguish between one s and one x :) Thats really hilarious..... and on top of that she is saying she'll mess my day up.....

She cant blacklist you or anything. Best she could have done was open an unpaid item case. I have so many of those against my account but still eBay hasn't done anything. Even if they do, you can open another account.
 
Once I was used to be seller and put hosting on auctions, 50% of time buyers dont pay. So I just put them on blacklist and list item again. No hard feelings for them.
If the buyer back-out from paying there is option for seller to offer item to second highest bidder.

In your case , you can easily back-out from buying it , as seller provided wrong info in listing item.
