HTC Sensation for 22,500 Good Deal?

Is T-Mobile HTC Sensation sealed pack a good deal at 22,500. I need to close a deal on mobile ASAP and wanted to know about the phone and the price? Please advise.
How is this phone compared to iPhone 4? I know 5 is being launched but I can shell more than 20k or thereabouts.

Nope.

The set has problems.
1) One is the loss of sensitivity of the screen

2) The death grip issue.

I would Stay away from the set if i were u. Save your money. Invest it in a trouble free set.

I suggest buy Galaxy s2. S2 is much better than Sensation.

Sensation has pathetic battery life.
