HTC recently launched two new devices , the budget Desire C and dual-sim Desire V , now Stuff reports citing sources that HTC is working on another phone dubbed Desire Proto .
The reported specifications suggest that the new phone will be quite powerful with dual-core 1GHz processor , 768MB of RAM , 4GB of internal memory expandable via microSD card . It will sport a 4 inch display with 800x480 resolution .
