Budget 21-30k HTPC build

Hi,
Im interested in building a HTPC. I want to use it for the following things:
1. Watch movies, play music. (the movies, music etc would be stored on a NAS drive) on TV
2. Play games
3. Thinking if possible to record from my setup box.

Since im a complete newbie in pc building, I would like advice from the other forum members. THanks in advance.
I have selected the following parts:
  1. case: Corsair carbide series SPEC-M2 micro ATX computer
  2. CPU: AMD Athlon 5350 AM1 processor
  3. Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AM1M S2H ( I have my doubts about this motherboard)
  4. CPU Cooler: ARTC Alpine M1
  5. RAM: 2 x Transcend Desktop DDR3 2GB 1333MHz RAM
  6. Storage: Kingston 120GB SATA III
I need to add a graphic card also.

My basic needs of the HTPC is to play movies, music as well as play games on my TV. All the movies and other data, I will be storing on a NAS server which I will be able to access through WiFi on my laptop as well on the HTPC via wired connection.

My doubts were this, will my mobo be able to fit and support all these stuff. I also have 6 case fans which I need to power, and I need advice on how to do so.

Thanks in advance

You can go with following config for your HTPC Build:

Intel Pentium G 4400 -4900, (Skylake Processor)
Gigabyte H110M-DS2 D3 -5100,
G.Skill RipJaws 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3 -2700,
Antec BP350P -1900,
Kingston UV300 120GB SSD -3500,
Cooler Master Elite 311 -2500,
Zotac GT730 2GB DDR5 -6000,
Logitech MK200 KB+Mouse -800.
TOTAL -27,400.

If you can, go with either a Skylake chip or AMD APU (I am not sure about which are supported) as both of these will support H265 completely out of the box. If you go with Haswell or Broadwell CPUs, you might lose out on some parts of H265. If you dont care about H265, any current setup will work.

I have been collecting parts for my own HTPC. following have been accumulated so far:

Intel G3250 (new) - ~4400/-
Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 8GB RAM (new) - 2700/-
Zotac GTX 750Ti (used) - 7750/-
WD 2x 1TB internal HDDs (both used) - ~3000/- each
Kingston 120GB SSD (new) - 2250/-
Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H (newlike) - 4500/-
NZXT Guardian 921 chassis (used) - 2500/-
