Huawei Ascend P1 which was announced back at CES 2012 is finally launched in India. The LTE version of the smartphone was already launched last year with Airtel, now the HSPA version of the phone is being launched with price tag of Rs 12,999.
The handset is just 7.7mm thick and packs still quite powerful hardware for the price.

The phone was a flagship offering from Huawei last year but now the specs are comparable to mid-range phones. The new Ascend P2 has already been announced but i guess that will take another year to arrive in India.
The Ascend P1 can be pre-ordered from Flipkart at Rs 12,999 and expected availability is from 3rd week of August 2013.
