Guys,

i am a little confused. Looking to buy a USB Modem and since there are no stocks on the E122 currently I thought of getting something from down under itself:)

So wanted your opinion on whether E220 is a better buy than the E122. Obviously I am seeing a jump in model number so think it should be an upgrade to the E122.

I basically want to use it in BSNL once I come back to India this month end:)
 
If you can get one locally considering you are outside india.
I would suggest you getting it with you and unlocking it .
The prices are high as of now in india due to artificial shortage of those modems.
Or else wait till jan all operators will bring out their 3G modems at much cheaper price so you can unlock them and use too.
