Huawei has announced its next flagship smartphone, the Honor 2 which will pack a quad-core processor and will be priced at less than $400.
The Honor 2 sports a large 4.5-inch IPS HD display and Huwaei's own K3V2 chipset with quad core processor. It will dual-SIM capable as well.

The specifications look great for that price range. Huawei launched the original Honor for Rs 19,990 in India, so we can expect the Honor 2 in similar price range, which will make it one of the cheapest quad-core smartphone in the Market.
Huawei CEO Yu Chengdong has revealed that the device will be launching at the end of October.
