Huawei Ideos U8150 advice needed

A freind is looking to buy a android phone in 4.5k, I suggested him a Huawei Ideos U8150 for Rs.4449 from Ncarry.

Is it good or are there any other options for him.

He is not much into huge GB or ICS updates or 1ghz CPU stuff just a good 3.5g & android phone.

not mentioned about Operator Lock, so considering as Unlocked one.

I think at that price he should settle for some other phone. Cheap androids don't go a long way at any good experience.

Specs looked good to me espicailly compared to other phones like Champ or Chat, I think specs are much ahead aint it?

price vs features then its a good phone and comparable to galaxy Y which prices at ~7.3k.

if u want experience android then look for another phone like XCD35

well budget for my friend is tight & he had decided for Chat or Champ or corby but i advised him this phone, COD is available so just need to confirm is there any other phone upto 5k better than this one

for ~7k budget range micromax a70 and galaxy Y after that xcd35,optimus one ~8k optimus net,htc explorer ~10k are available.So i dont think any good android is available around 5k.I'm also looking for such phone and have created a thread in members market.

Again price vs features its a good phone.it was launched at ~8k.

If you have a 4.5k then go for it w/o 2nd thoughts. Its the best phone in that budget. Unlike most sub 5k androids this one has a decent capacitive screen.

It also has a MSM7225 528MHz, 256MB RAM and also Froyo (apps on SD card)

It has 7.2Mbps HSDPA, wifi b/g/n and 3.15MP camera. What more can one ask for in a 4.5k phone! Its better than all other phones priced 4.5k and below.

Aircel announced the launch and availability of Huawei IDEOS - Android powered smartphones today. Huawei IDEOS U8150 is the entry level android smartphone from Huawei.
