Huawei Ideos X5 Pro U8800 Mobile Phone
How is this phone for 10k .. It has been upgraded to ICS officially by Huawei .

Costs Rs11999 at HS18 but by using Axis Bank Debit/credit will get 2k off on products above 10k.. so price comes to around 10k

any Positive feedback? how is Huawei as a company?
looks to be a great deal for an ICS phone under 10k.

I suggested this to my cousin for the following reasons.
- Best in its class display - 800x480.
- Best in its class Processor - 800MHz is good enough for a Smooth UI.
- Good Primary Camera (Saw some pictures on the phone, and they were really crisp).
- GB Update from Huawei.
- Easiest Root Ever.
- Easiest to set CWM Recovery.
- Good Dev Support.
- Price - Available under 10K at Reliance Digital, Locally (He Got It For 9990 With Extended Warranty & Theft Protections).

After the upgrade and all, i used the phone for 20 mins and I really liked it, The screen brightness is good and the battery life is great. Though phone is a bit heavy (Reminded me of Nexus One).
He is really happy with it.

@dgeneration911 , Though I dont own it personally, many of my friends do and they dont face any problems. Its not a cheap phone that will die off in a few months. I cant comment on all Huawei phones, but this one's reliable and very vfm. As Jaymathers has pointed out the only con is the lack of a front cam.
