Hi All,

Just wanted to check if there is any interest on the newly launched iPad competitor, Huawei S7. Tech specs are:

• Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, ARM cortx A8 768MHZ
• RAM 256MB
• Storage upgradeable to 32GB with a microSD card
• 7“ WVGA 800x480 Resistive Touch screen
• Sim card slot, supporting HSPA/UMTS
• WiFi 11b/g/n

• MINI USB OTG 2.0
• 3.5mm stereo audio jack
• Micro SD slot
• Gravity sensor
• Light sensor
• 2 Megapixel camera
• Li-ION 3.7V 2200mAh

I emailed them for a quote for 10 pcs, and the price per piece is $352.5 inclusive of shipping to US.

If there is enough interest, we can ask KMD for a quote and convert this to a GO.
 
Yeah, I know there are plenty of iPad clones, but the specs of this one seemed decent, with 256 MB RAM, running android 2.1 :) Also this one supports Android market, whereas most of the no-name ones don't.
 
Would have been interested if the price was 15k, anyways good deal.
@ Greenhorn >> Those players @ Dealextreme are crap, waste of money. Even they are not even 300Mhz which makes it useless.
 
@crossbow, the specs of the Phi look good for its price, only downside is that there is no camera, will be a good buy still!
 
MP3nation has a good deal on this Android tablets too. That one uses the Rockwell chipset(or something).
