I am getting SSL Handshake failed error while browsing in phone. How to resolve it?

Not here in "about this network" go one level up and look for "Private DNS" option, there is OFF, AUTO and Manual, manual is where you enter the hostname of cloudflare DNS like one.one.one.one or if it supports just the IP like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8
Yes in android even though I use Google dns or cloudfare dns it does not matter, opening torrent sites gives me SSL connection error.
But in my desktop PC or laptop PC, it does not matter which dns I use here torrents open without any SSL connection error. I don't need VPN at all here in desktop or laptop mode.
Why is this like this?
Which VPN should I use for my Android phone. I mean I want an app thingy which can be turned on and I use my torrent download using chrome.

I used to use 1.1.1.1 Cloudflare app when I encountered these kind of issues before. Sadly, they have removed it from the Playstore. Any VPN app will work, I guess?
