I’d like to address an issue I encountered last year. I suddenly couldn’t log into the forum due to a "marketplace bug", which led to a ban.
Would it be possible to provide an option for banned members to contact staff or moderators to understand the issue or request reconsideration? Perhaps access to a specific section of the forum to appeal or raise concerns could help.
I waited an entire year because of this, and unfortunately, my profile has now lost message counts and upgrades. Additionally, I am unable to send direct messages to members here despite having a strong feedback score.
