Apprentice
Both are in same location (Bangalore) & same job profile
Package is almost same (Adobe pays 50k more per yr).
Which would be the better company to join?
For a 2+ years Experience Candidate in IT industry....
Please do mention the reason for the company you would suggest.
Thanks in Advance :)

Can we get more info? Like what's the job profile, what's you skillset etc? As a basic info, go do the job that matches your skillset better, or which you think will advance your career better.

Just as a tidbit I'd seen associates from a small companies join large mncs with much better skillsets than their peers with similar experience who had been working in mncs for long, don't go by brandname alone.

This is a very specific question about your career. You need to decide what you want, how can other people suggest about what you want to do in your life.

look at the team that you are going to work with. if you find that they are nice people, join them. thats what I suggest.

I'm surprised to see the difference between the offer - either SAP Labs is being very generous or Adobe is skimping. Anyway, since both positions are based on Bangalore, want you to know that Adobe have the better products in Noida. Bangalore office is smaller and all the good things you might have heard about it may not be applicable here.
Like others said, this is a choice you should make yourself - write down the things that you want in your new job in a priority list and then match them against both the position. As for us, we can only help answering your specific question that you might have about the companies or the products/departments. I have a few friends who worked/work in both the companies and I'm pretty sure we have similar people here in the forum.

What is the profile? Do you have a specialization?

I would choose based upon the kind of work offered not pay for sure.

This.

Also if both are similar roles, and work environment and benefits are similar as well, go with the higher paying job, you are just 2 years into your career so 50k will make a good difference if you change job in the future and/or in your appraisals.

Thanks sabby ...your suggestion is completely justified... Since both are having all the features (profile, facilites, glassdoor reviews)almost same in papers....is the reason for my struggle in taking decision.

Well in that case, choose the one which would require you spend less time on the road stuck in traffic :) You can save days off your life considering its Bangalore.
P.S. - I heard from my friends that cafeteria in Adobe is one of the best, if that matters to you ;)

^ This. People tend to underestimate this fact when living in cities. I have a friend working in Ariba (SAP arm) who travels 4hrs daily. He is totally exhausted with the commute itself.
