Hey didn't you got the Driver CD with your Bluetooth Dogle??? If yes, then rght+clk on the setup.exe and goto properties and go to compatibility tab and set it to Win-Vista and see........:hap2:

Use Bluesoleil (BlueSoleil, the most easy-to-use, innovative and interoperable Bluetooth software, Bluetooth driver ) It bundles drivers of many bluetooth chip makes...although it's not free but you can use trial version. It it works for your device then you can purchase the software (or get from the sources you already know )
