I paid Municipal Tax online and did not recieve receipt. What to do?

I paid my yearly municipal tax online and only got confirmation from the website that i will receive receipt in 7 working days. I paid it on 7th dec. On 20th dec i mailed them on their email address to send the bill and did not receive any reply till now. today i complained again on their website.

I paid the money by cc. can i dispute the payment that i did not get the receipt? last time i paid, i got receipt in 3 days. this time nothing. i dowloaded the cc dispute form and they have asked proof of trying to get dispute resolved with merchant. So i have one email and one screenshot of the complaint. will that work?

only retarded monkeys work in govt offices now i think. fook moody's online digitilization. Useless govt can't even manage simple task of giving receipt for money they took. fooking robbers.
 
Maybe they're in year-end festive mood and taken the vacation leaves.
It's always advisable to take a screenshot of the digital transactions, irrespective of the payment mode.
 
i have the temp receipt they gave. need the original receipt. temp receipt is useless because it does not hold value if i go to sell the house in coming year.
If I don't get receipt, in Jan when I get the cc bill, i will dispute the charge on service not received and get back my money. i'll pay this years and next years bill when it comes next year. every interaction with any govt office is a headache imo. those guys can't even manage to do simple things.
