you do not need to create a topic for that..

just open the thread.. report any post in that thread..or maybe the 1st post and enter reason = whatever that maybe of the concern to the thread.

mods will not warn or issue infraction to the user you report as mods are humans and can read comments you type while reporting.

it really works if it makes sense to the mods.
 
Okay...I though reporting was more like taking care of improper things.

So I put it up in the Feedback Corner.
 
Thanks for bringing that to our notice. I dont think they need to be closed but have unstuck them
