i Tune Error

HI everyone, i use i Tune latest version till 22 Jan 2011, but when I connect my i Phone 2G or 3G, I getting response "Couldn't take backup, i Phone got disconnected" Any Idea why???:S:S
 
Uninstall iTunes, delete iTunes folder from program files.

Uninstall "Apple Mobile Device Support" and "Apple Application Support" from system (Control Panel > Programs & Features).

Reboot and install latest iTunes.
