The reason I am so excited about this keyboard as also the Logitech backlit keyboard is that I browse quite a bit at night with no lights on - so its GREAT to be able to "see" the keys. BUT 10K !! thats way out of my reach :(
 
Eazy, I think starring at the monitor in the dark isnt good for for eyes. You should have a dim light on behind the monitor.
 
Not sure, if you should really be coveting this....I think CNET featured this in their "10 worst products list" for 2005 :P

the idea is novel, but the execution rather sad...At least that's what they say
 
hehehe....me too....

I know it wont be os much use, but I still want that keyboard and the G7 cordless mouse :P

I have a special theme for night browsing - its black background with grey text - very soothing to the eyes for long time reading in darkness :) .... and I nowdays use a Kensington USB lamp to light up keyboard - I am a search-and-hit-key typist so I need to see the keys. I think after superczar's comment on this keyboard I will give up on this keyboard and check out the Logitech G15 istead. Jeese I have so many expensive keyboards that my next one will have to be quitely smuggled into the house to maintain domestic harmony. :)
 
call me stupid, but Sometimes I feel that old TVS Gold is literally gold....

Alas, the noisy keys on that won't help you much on the domestic accord front :tongue:

OH man - I have the ULTIMATE Clickity Clack keyboard - the king of the hill - the IBM ..... it is abs suberb...... but I went and dropped a heavy wretched wrench on it from a height and it got damaged beyond repair. :( There is no keyboard noisier than the IBM. This was my prized possesion in my computer hardware collection.

I have often thought about buying the TVSE Gold - maybe one day I will.

i got one with me, actually my brother has it, if u want it, i think we can come up with some sort of trade or something coz hes not really a fan of that mobo, only thing is the right control key dosent work :P

Your brother has the IBM Clickity Clack Tactile Keyboard !!! :O ...... I would like to have it but I am a bit broke right now.... so it will have to be trade.... what is he expecting for it ?? I can live without the right control key :) Can you give me the model number so I can check if it is the one I like.

^ ^ thts the one he got also i think, will check the model number and let u know, trade, i ment a kb man, just give him some other kb, new if u can and it wudnt be hard to convince him to give the old one ;)
