Budget 20-25K I want to buy a good phone

I always wanted to buy an iPhone but due to budget reasons i just didn't think about getting one but when I came to know about refurbished phones i was excited, can someone tell me the pros and cons of a refurbished apple phone (iphone xs 64gb). I am thinking of buying it from cashify because they give 6 months warranty but they increase their price constantly...the first time i saw it was 23k but now it's 26k can someone help me by telling me a good website or a place to buy a iphone...
