Have you considered RS Components - https://in.rsdelivers.com/
They are generally costlier (sometimes by quite a bit) than components you get from Aliexpress, though. I order from them occassionally, and they do ship very fast (even when they dropship directly from the UK/Europe).

Well, I think it depends on what you buy. Have ordered components as a single qty, as well as x2, x5, with them.
