Same as above. Not providing the bill is no excuse for not mentioning the correct product status.

We can include this in the rules if not already covered.
 
If he had missed by oversight, then it is something else.

But his reply was that he had posted the photos & hence he is absolved, is totally wrong & unpardonable.

Moreover how many questions does a buyer ask ?

There can be a 1001 defects in the item..so does he list out all the 1001 items & ask them for clarification ?

The principle should be no news is good news.

However, I also hold Raheel guilty on 1 count of not giving the seller an opportunity to settle the issue before going public which is also very very wrong

De facto assumption is Original unless specified otherwise.Do not blame the buyer that he should have made out from the Pics that it isnt original ,Its quite unreasonable and points to the fact that you were consciously trying to decieve from the start by withholding information.

I felt exactly what apextwin146 said. Why would I figure out the genuinity of a product??? Its the duty of a seller to provide valid and necessary info.

Its the hard earned money that we put into buying things and I belong to a middle class family where even 1k is also very meaningful....Hence, I was in a state of trauma after seeing such things happened to me. The result of that is this thread.

Its the hard earned money that we put into buying things and I belong to a middle class family where even 1k is also very meaningful....Hence, I was in a state of trauma after seeing such things happened to me. The result of that is this thread.

Let this issue be behind us & a reminder to all sellers to be very descriptive in their posts to avoid a misunderstanding
 
Seller has agreed to pay the repair charges....hence problem will be solved soon:) Seller is cooperative, hence I am in no mood to harm his ratings.
