41-50k I7 2600K + Asus P8P67 Delux combo

My friend is building a PC for gaming.

He has been offered a i7 2600K CPU & a

Asus P8P67 Delux mobo which is 1 year old (local Warranty with Bill)

Is this combination good enough to last him a few years & what should be the reasonable price for this combo ?

Well since only 1 year warranty is remaining on both the components the price for the combo should be around 15-17k.It's a good combination and it's good enough to last for another 2 years.

i feel the combo should be around 18-19k. but other than that its all good.

around 13k~14k for the CPU and 10k for the Motherboard. Total = 23k. Any thing less is a really good deal.
