Upgraded, need cash.
Highly prefer to sell as a bundle and not gpu separately. Price for cpu + motherboard + gpu + ram combined is Rs 78500 shipped. Cooler is separate, not in bundle and optional.

Cooler Master air maker 8 - Rs 7200

Cooler has discoloration as shown in picture for unknown reason. The heatsink plate which touches cpu ihs isn't discolored. Cooling is the same as when purchased.

Cheapest i5-12400 - Rs 18950 . Gigabyte B660M DS3H AX wifi - ₹11,950 online. Total Rs 30900 without shipping. 12400 is slightly better than 9700k. Completely decimates would be better suited for 12700k I upgraded to now from 9700k. AAA games are usually gpu bound these days.
Minor points I could say about z390 aorus pro wifi like 9 usb type a ports at back compared to 5 on b660m. Overclocking unclocked on z390. 2 thermal probes on z390 (current z690 25.5k motherboard I upgraded to doesn't have those, available on Rs 31k z690 aorus pro). I used to use 1 thermal probe to record accurate room temperature and check that anytime in hwino. 2nd thermal probe was used to control an extra case fan speed on gpu. Better audio codec Realtek® ALC1220-VB codec on z390 aorus pro wifi.

Stuff depreciates fast. cpu+motherboard bought at Rs 63k and now less than half. Still fair enough. Looking to sell quickly, dropping price on items. New price:

i7 9700K + z390 Aorus pro wifi (motherboard in warranty until 15 Dec 2023) - Rs 27000 Rs 25.5k now.

Just buy from lamington road shops or equivalent places in different city. They seller cheaper compared to online prices and will ship to you. I bought i5 12400 for 18K and that motherboard for 11.3K with GST & Shipping.

Your points are fair on the mobo.

Feedback is fine. Overpriced stuff won't sell anyway. I did ask in the "How much I can sell this for" thread but didn't get a response. Difference should be less than 25% in real world applications than synthetic benchmarks. I will change the pricing far enough from 12400, mobo still being good enough. Would reduce it further to 25.5k from 27k for both cpu+mobo.
