Review ibhejo - How safe is it to buy?

Willing to buy nexus 7 tab from ibhejo. ibhejo india provides onsite chatting with cc.
After contacting with their cc it seem like the website is good, but still having some doubt about it.

Please help!!

I have ordered pogoplug last week, TE members have given good feedback about ibhejo.

Their price prices are inclusive of customs but you have to pay the octroi if any.

I am expecting pp delivery in next week.
 
I had ordered a samsung galaxy tab 2 from ibhejo's website. The product specifications clearly stated that the product was a 3G model. However, not being sure of that, I wrote them an email seeking confirmation if it was, indeed, a 3G model. I got a response in the affirmative.

I proceeded with placing the order. I got the product delivered quickly but it did not support 3G.

It is baffling that a website selling a product is unaware of its specifications. Anyways, the nightmare did not end there, as the website's refund policy is all screwed up. When I made a request for refund, I was asked to courier the product back to their India office. I mean, when a wrong product is delivered, it is the duty of the supplier to have it picked up (their website claims that they would do that). The best part about them is that the people working there are not aware of their 'return' and 'refund' policy.

Its been 20 days and I am still waiting for my refund.

Would not suggest anyone to shop with them.
 
This post is way old so it won't be relevant for OP. However for benefit of future prospective buyers, my suggestion is to stay as far away from iBhejo as you can. Never order anything. I have had a horrible experience and nightmare is not over yet.

I ordered a cabinet from them. They not only sent me a used looking product with significant discolouration at top but also a severely damaged model wherein 12 of the 24 drawers don't have stoppers. I put a refund request and they insist that I courier this package back to them at Mumbai address. Cost of courier for such a big item is ~1200 rupees and iBhejo refuses to pay for that. Instead they insist that they'll reimburse me upto 250 iBhejo bucks, which is some kind of a point system they have on the portal. To make matters worse nobody answers their helpline number most of the time. If you are lucky to get through to someone in support it doesn't help as persona manning the helpdesk are absolutely clueless and incompetent. I'm so tired communicating with them that I'm pressing charges against iBhejo in a consumer court.

Basically if you respect your time and money my advise is stay away from iBhejo. They are a bunch of fraudsters who lure you with attractive pricing and then ship you substandard/used products which you want to return but they have made their return policies so cumbersome that you can't return it without spending a considerable time and money. I am never going to buy another item from them and you the reader should probably do the same for your peace of mind.

U do know that IBHEJO buys the Stuff from the USA? and there will be a listing of this product on eBay USA. i dont even know why you would purchase such a thing from ibhejo
 
I ordered a FitBit thru them about 3 years back...before the E-Commerce boom...Was scary but they delivered. I recommend them.
They are also active on Amazon/Fk for some products,but have a longer delivery time.
