Forget the next 5 years, weren't we supposed to have flying cars and human cloning by 2010?

I liked the concept of charging batteries through electostatic energy and the new GPS system which identifies the traffic jam before hand and suggest alternate route; not to forget using heat from pc's for heating water etc.
