#deepakvrao: I never said this is my "first" iProduct. There have been many others, iBook, macbook unibody, Air etc.

#eternoMind: Wasn't able to source U2410, Dell guys said they weren't sure when it might be available. Plus, decided for 2412 as planning to add another for dual display setup. It'll almost cost as much as 27, but I'm more inclined towards two displays than one giant display.

Btw, the U2410 can be had for 20.5k used on eBay and considering the 10% no limit coupon issued last week, it could have been had for 18.5k
<
And call Dell to get it replaced - you get a new unit for the price of old
