IC: Dell USB Multimedia Keyboard

Once the keyboard are in stock and ppl get it including me, will be closing the IC..

Eg: Say the keyboards are stocked by Monday, u guys pay me by teusday.. i get keyboards and ship it to u ... then i close IC :cool2:

NOTE:This keyboard had highest rate of failures and have many of them dumped at office ,I Myself have one at home sitting idle , several keys stopped working . :( .

PS : Dont PM me for any more info , this is all I have to inform.
 
well.. i've completely opp. personal review / experience of this keyboard.. and anyways therez 1 year warranty to this keyboard.. as far as this keyboard has warranty shouldnt be a problem and also nobody use this kinda keyboards for the rest of their lives...these keyboards work for a couple of years w/o any problem AFAIK (my personal sources who've bn using this including myself @ my werk...@ werk we have same keyboards which are like almost 2 years old now and no probs wat so ever! ... lol also have connected a lot of times to the lappies to play CS on LAN :hap2: ) unless u buy a frigging 5k keyboard then hell yeah..:bleh:

In case something gets screwed up..

- Does this have official dell warranty? or will I have to take it/ship it to the particular dealer ur buying from?

- Do we get a receipt?
 
Yes you'll surely get bill & warranty from the dealer. Dell doesnt sell these keyboards alone in India...so..

But will still confirm this from the dealer, if we can directly give this to Dell.

The pic i've attached to my thread is the keyboard with US layout..

wtf is up with the other 2 pics :s the kirda and hash button around enter? wtf is that:huh:

The one i'm talking about in this IC is the US Layout keyboard..

the other 2 pics are of the TE members itself i guess... can u inqure from them if its UK layout or something else?

those 2 weird layout were the ones acquired from lamington road earlier :O , i just did a search and pulled them up for a comparo from those threads......the layout near the enter key is still managable , but the left shift is "so-not-acceptable" would be pressing the "slash" 90% of the time instead of the shift.
 
Am sure the other 2 keyboards arent US Layout. AFAImS the one am buying is US Layout.

... the left shift is small but its place is correctly positioned.. but yes if its smaller in size then it could be a prob.. u can check the attachment pic i've attached.. zoom and see if u could.. all keys are perfect as its da US Layout keyboard. Left shift and kirda and everything seems 2 b perfectly positioned.

OK boogieman I want the one in the pic u posted. If it has those weird buttons then I dun want it man. I have issues with those shape of buttons.
 
Dude its gonna be same with me too.. am going for it only if its US Layout. AFAImS its US Layout the one i've posted as attachment in the IC.

the one which i have has a UK layout. the slash near the left shift is annoying for a short while but you get used to it.

lovely keyboard on the whole.

Well could you take a proper snap of ur keyboard.. and post it so we all get to know exact layout of the keyboard?
