ICICI blocked Paypal

My ICICI credit card is linked to my Paypal account.
Few days ago I tried some payment and threw error like "Sorry your purchase couldn't b completed using MasterCard x-xxxx...." . I tried with my Debit card too, and same error showed.
I called ICICI CustCare and they told ICICI have blocked Paypal since there were many cases. (I dunno what cases, they didn't said any details). But its stated that I cannot use Paypal with any ICICI card.

icici bank debit card as well as credit card works fine for me in paypal . may be temporary issue you can try now

Recently RBI issued a new option for credit cards under which you can manually set the limit for your card for the value of foreign currency transactions permitted. Mine was set to 10000 by default. Please see yours and increase it if needed.

They want to Ban Import thats the main motive behind it
Thats the reason why custom on mobile phones was increased to 7 %

That's their policy. Always appear confident and knowledgeable.
