ICICI mobile banking not working

Hi
I have icici platinum debit card.
Today i downloaded their imobile app for mobile and installed it.
Run it and i sent an sms to 56767661 and was saying "retrieving some security code" but after 15mins says "unable to get response" or similar error.

Also premium sms charges got applied and my sms was charged Rs. 3. Local sms charges should apply or sms should get deduct from your bonus sms packs etc.

This isnt the case with axis and sbi.

Anyways, icici users shed some light on this. How to get mobile banking activated via not visiting the bank.

Depends on the bank right, ICICI is using a premium number for the activation so you will be charged the Rs 3 per SMS.

Not necessary, just try it again, it maybe a temporary glitch.
