ICICI VCC DISABLED?

Has icici disabled the VCC facility for its credit card holders? under vcc category in netbanking, there's no option to create one
Customer service says they have stopped it long back. He did not sound confident though
Awaiting responses from forum members
 
I already have a VCC created long time back and it still shows and I even used it last week.
No idea if new VCC creation has been stopped or what.
 
I do not know about normal accounts but for ICICI B2 account, the VCC service is still active. I used it yesterday.
 
By normal account, he meant regular savings account.
what i meant was- if you are existing vcc user, you are fine with it. If you are trying to make a new one now with a different credit card , its not possible
