Absolute retard. There's no pelican visible there clearly.

There are just 15 Veyrons in the US, VW looses nearly $8 million for on every car they sale. This guy should be sued.

That's unfair, the video is blurry.The driver may have seen it far off somewhere.But yeah, still not a reason to crash a freakin' Veyron.
