Market Feedback If seller doesnot ship after a month's time

Would like to know your comments or suggestions what should i do if a seller/forum member doesnot ship an item even after receiving the amount long back say 40-45 days.. If he states excuses like he was out of station, even after repeated tries courier ppl didnot ship, etc etc. If the member happens to be a well known high rated seller, as to why i dealt plus even dealt with him previously though that time too he took roughly 30days to ship. Pls leme know what should i do.. dealing/transfered amount is 8.5k btw...
 
Everyone leads busy lives and sometimes it's hard to make time to package and ship products especially if you're a working professional.
TE members aren't professional sellers so it's ok to give 3 days time to provide tracking id, if it's a product that you urgently require you should clarify the same before making payment.
45 days though is totally unacceptable in any case, if seller fails to ship within a week you should opt for a refund.

What if the seller stops responding or doesnot reply back to pms or msgs sent over phone/watsapp.. should i wait for some more time hoping that he would get back with some news.. [emoji17]

Thanks just got a msg from him stating he will refund.. finally..! Wel i do not wanna disclose the name because he might actually have problems & since he has agreed to refund and also a very old member here than me.. if any further delay occurs i'll surely go through your link.. thank you so much for your time and assistance..
 
30 days is ridiculous even if seller is busy unless he is out of the country or seriously ill or something which he is not. I bet the guy agreed to refund you after seeing this thread. I wonder what he has to say about it. Here is a tip: don't simply trust a seller just because he has a "Well known member" tag. Titles don't mean shit. I know of many shady members with similar titles and so even though they put up attractive deals I don't deal with them.
But kudos to you for the mature and professional behavior in the mess you were put in.

Hello guys.. well the seller is still unable to refund.. stating that he cant get my ac approved which happens to be an sbi account. Which normally takes 4hrs and max a day. So i am finding that difficult to believe and feel like he is unnecessary extending so i am forced to tag the seller and request him to clarify and do it asap.. coz tbh i am very pissed and annoyed.. i hate when ppl take advantage of good behaviour. If i can add and send the funds the very next day & few other members aswell have sent the very same day.. so why cant he.. @Mainak777. Bro the future info whatever it is i want you to inform me here where the mods can also know and comment on the same..

@avanildutta hey man, honestly speaking I'm not sure how long it takes to do an online fund transfer as i've never done it personally. I usually make a cash deposit which, as far as I know, is instant. Also last time i faced a problem (delayed payment) was because i couldn't find the branch of the bank for the account which i needed to make the payment to, but i requested someone to do it using neft and i think that it took less than 12hrs.
Anyway I've tagged a moderator who will try to help you with the rest between you and the seller.
@Mainak777 dude what's taking you so long to do the refund?
