MSPaint GOD... No doubt... But i think he is an artist and using the scratch pad to draw.. With a mouse it would be AWESOME... but with scratch pad it becomes A BIT easy....

@ Edit: Now after watching the complete video... I have HUGE RESPECT for that guy... Man he is good at what he is doing... It doesn't matter weather it was done with a mouse or a tablet...
 
I bet he was using a Wacom for it...that is no doubt excelent work but the Wacom helps ALOT during concept art production.Ill post some of my bro's work, hes a CG artist...hes done ads like the new Sonic battery ad, Burger paints and more..he has shown me all of hes works and they are top notch.But he has used a Wacom for it...
 
WTF! Am speechless. Bet he earns $1000 per hour for his skills. And definitely, hes not limited to MSPAIN :)

Once I saw a 30000 or so layer Photoshop 3D creation. I was dumbfounded after that. Looked more real than real life.

thats definitely not done by a mouse, quite a lot of precision reqd, but nevertheless, nice good hardwork put in 2 make that,see the amount of time he draws n clears n draws again
