OMFG as in the AUS Vs SA thread, buggers get 15+ lakhs PA as starting salary....
Kingy you gotta take in an IIM only, 2nd best just dont cut it. My cousin from IIM B, got 16 + lakhs PA at Boston Consulting Group.

And that topper.... 193,000$ !!!! Wha the hell!!!! Simply superb....

An IIT grad, an MS from University of California and 2 yrs work experience AND an IIM MBA...... Awesome!!!!
 
A person from Pune, fresher who got into IIM A got a 100k USD salary, with Barclays I believe.

But it seems I am not destined for IIMs.
 
i guess the highest paid this year ......will b paid 85lakhs rupees.....frm iim bang i guess......i 4got the name of company(starting with b only...may b barclays or boston.....hav to check)
 
It is Barclays...... London.

But I guess 85 lakhs is like the total amount... when you deduct taxes and stuff, it will come down. Of course, it is still superb :P

I dont have much details on that.....I guess some other earning member would be better placed to inform us
 
Its $195k for Gaurav Agarwal from IIM-B, who was placed at Barclays (London)

@ Nikhil - Yeah that amount does come down, but it ain't bad at all...:D
