Check out the new Image Gallery section on TE. You can show off your gadgets, boast your photography skills (with supporting camera and EXIF data auto pulled) or post TE meet pics (can also tag members in pics).

Love the new gallery feature in TE
Wish there was a way to go to the thread it was posted in directly from the image preview.

The gallery and forum are separate. The currrent pictures were imported from the threads itself but going forward people will have to upload pics in the gallery. The benefit of a gallery is that unlike threads the pictures do not get lost in the crowd with time and there are many ways to reach the pics. You also get more ready info on the pics which is much better than in the threads. Useful for the photography buffs.

So there is no way to go to the threads from there. You can however leave the comments in the gallery itself and you will get the notifications just like in threads.
