Image Sites Block

Seems like imgbox , imagebam and several other sites are blocked by ISP in India is there a one stoop solution to unblock it ? Is there a Extension where in we can just add the site to unblock it at times the site does not opens white page and at times Govt of India warning.

I am using some local cable broadband (they don't even have a name , they call themselves Spectranet )
And these mentioned sites are blocked randomly for me - sometimes I see the blocked page (with some Sify logo), not everyday.
But I have checked on my Airtel 3G connection - they weren't blocked.

Its not very helpful to use a proxy for these sites as these sites enforces adv overlay/link and I couldn't get past that using some proxy. It returns to the same page.

Or preventing us from DL'ing more, and accumulating mb's to our bin. So f****** stupid. Why is the amount I transact (up or down) on my port even a metric with ISPs. It is so annoying.
