Verbatim DVD itself is available for 600rs per 50 disc pack in Ritchie Street, Chennai. Verbatims are better than imation, I suppose.

never heard verbatim being soo cheap !!!and last i saw people selling dvd poack for 900 for 50 pack !!!!as far imation icrystal its much more better then hp , mosarbae n all and also in par with verbatim !!!icrystal ones are really good.

no way dude !! who told ya that !! imation standard is really high and media is much more better !! dont compare it with writex those are cheap brands !!! imation on lamington road is being sold for 450 rs icrystal ones !!!

These are average Discs.

I had imation CMC MAG AM3 and the results were not that great. They are ok for no critical backup if you are ready to burn at slower speeds.

I have used imation, HP and Datasafe branded CMC MAG AM3s and all were mixed bag. Burn them at 16x and quality goes out of window. 8x =ok. ok. scans.

I wouldnt use these for long term / critical backups.

yeah .. i maiinly burn all the disc at 8x !!! have been using these disc since 1 year for data backups and no problem till date. works fine. no issues..

my dealer is sourcing verbs quite reasonabily.. the rates are much cheaper than anything available on TE, specially for the 16gb pendrive. everything is genuine with bill and vat. the blank media is cheaper too.

i pay a little lesser than 1800.. its the same high speed store n go.. only thing is, i dont have the time to do a GO. too much work these days. im based in delhi.

i suggest you buy them from 200mph only. he has a lot of experince with GOs and i dont think ill be able to organise one anytime soon.
