IMessage and Facetime Not Working

Hi all,

I am using an IPhone 4s AT&T on Vodafone India carrier. I am unable to activate the iMessage and Facetime.

It keep saying " Waiting for Activation".

Turn OFF. Restart phone. Turn ON FaceTime. You will be charged Rs. 5 and it should be activated

Also u need to be on wifi even if data is on.

Vodafone is an official carrier as well

If you are using gevy to unlock then it may not work.
