Impact of RAM Speeds

So I am buying a Dell Inspiron 7577 laptop which comes with 8GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 2400 mhz, I want to install another module in the empty slot. My budget is 5k, cant spend more than that. In that budget, I only see either 4GB 2400 mhz or 8GB 2133 Mhz RAM being available. My question is does the speed have that much impact? Or would i be better off running 16gb at 2133 mhz vs 12gb at 2400 mhz. Main use is gaming and running R and Python

A Samsung Distributor is selling Samsung 8GB 2400Mhz DDR4 Laptop RAM @ 5.5k with 3 years warranty who is from Vijayawada. His number is 8688618982. His name is Manikanta. Please check with him.
I think 8GB 2400Mhz or 4GB 2400Mhz is much better than 2133Mhz. If you run another Ram with the same speed, it will run in Dual Channel Memory configuration.

Pairing ram dimms with different speeds leads to the faster ram clocking down to the same speed as the slower ram.
Normally, having more ram beats having faster ram but do take into account possible incompatibility issues.
