Import duty on electronic components?

I am thinking to buy some electronic components like sensors, RF received/transmitters etc from dx.com, aliexpress.com and ebay.com

I am finding good price difference from these sites compared to Indian sites. That too considering shipping charges. I know that if I wouldn't charged any customs if the value is very less. Currently the total amount is around 3000 INR and these are all from different sellers, I will be receiving them in different packages (around 15 I guess).

So what will be my custom charges?
 
Duties should be around 33%. However there is a better than good chance that RF devices might be flagged and stopped at customs for being suspicious and you will probably need to prove that the frequencies etc are within the regs of India.

33% wow... seems I have to buy in India itself :-/
