correct. contact the cable operator. the cable guy would have it delivered. costs just 800 bucks as of now (we got the in cable set top box itself). can fluctuate as the deadline nears.

Thanks for the resposes guys. The point is I dont want to spend 800 on the box - was looking at something el cheapo 
. I already have an old Scientific Atalanta STB from my old house, which now looks like dead "investment". I will speak to my old cable guy, if he is rwady to pay me atleast half the buying cost of my old STB, then I might consider buying the new one.
I rcently moved to Thane, lots of other expenses (including being battered by the Congress party with higher expnses everyday), so was just trying to save a few bucks!
