So, today i had to book my flight tickets which were costing me 22k for a round trip for 3 persons. I preferred spicejet. I didn't quite realize that i have debited 6k prior from my debit card same day and proceeded to pay. The card got rejected bcoz i think the limit for debit was 25k. So, i tried net banking. After the payment dispatch, i got a message that again it got rejected. The payment got deducted and i am depressed. I called cc of spicejet and they asked me my reference no. I wanna know, will i get a refund in my account?? Are spicejet people trustable?? And how much time it will take??Any bitter experience with them??

I don't know why the hell in this world of online consumerism, people are getting hyper on one false debit? I have seen multiple threads on same issue. Seriously.

Btw, actually it ws 22k which ws troubling me. It it shud have been1or 2 or even 5k , i should not have made this thread.

You will get your money back within a week. It happened to me once with ICICI and eBay. It was 34k

. It happened while purchasing Canon 550D. I selected PaisaPay option on eBay, when I was being redirected to Merchent's page (ebay that is), something went wrong and order was not placed but money was deducted from my account. Thanks to ICICI Bank, their representative called me immediately (in around 20 minutes). He said, he found some unusual transaction happened on my bank account. I told him the story, he told me that he will cancel this transaction. I got my money back in my account on the next day itself.

Dont worry. Just keep the transaction id you got via netbanking and the payment confirmation or rejection/failed entries handy.
